My wife says she can't wait to ruin my career when our divorce is finalized. I have tons of text messages saved where she has said that. She says she will let everyone know about all my wrong doings and any dirt she has on me to make sure that I do not further my career. She has already reached out to my employer with private information to hurt my name and chances of moving forward.

She obviously told me to fuck off when I asked for a non-disparagement agreement.

We have a small child.

Can she legally ruin my career by posting sensitive information everywhere without any repercussion? Can the judge do something to make her not do that?

How do I keep her from not blackmailing me for the rest of my life??
