Pull the skin back first, completely. Don't use any kind of oil, lotion or lubricant between your dick and the condom because you don't want it to slip out, also, oil can potentially damage it. After the skin is pulled back and the whole glans is exposed, unpack the condom, and carefully check the way it will unroll. When you locate it, put it over your glans, press the tip of the "bubble" so it doesn't have any air, and unroll it. After it's done, you can use lubricant on it. Remember, no oil based lubricants, water based ones.

Coming from an American, that sounds a lot better than getting your genitals mutilated as a baby. Unfortunately I'm circumcised so I can't offer help but you should not feel bad about being uncircumcised - you should be glad, especially if it's the norm where you're from

I know its semantics, but have more pride in your package; you're intact and whole not "uncircumcised." That's akin to acknowledging that circumcision is the default...nope.

Sounds a lot like you're unrolling it and than try to pull it over like a sleeve? Wrong way to do it.

pull akin back, open package, lay the still rolled up condom on your glans with the reservoir pointing upwards, squeeze rhe air out of the reservoir and roll the condom down your shaft. Done. If your unsure just grab the lower band after unrolling and adjust/pull it a bit towards your penis root.

Be sure to use good ones. Maybe the ones you currently have feel shitty, are too thick, too large, too small whatever. Try different brands and different styles (sensitive/natural/etc). May take some time, but it's for your own health. So find one that's okay to wear.

Once you have an erection, slip the condom onto the tip of your dick then roll the condom back slowly. The condom should hold your foreskin in place.

I wouldn't try to put a condom on when flaccid. The worst thing is the feeling of peeling latex off the most sensitive parts of your dick.

You don't need to apply any lube or oil directly onto your dick beforehand. In fact, I would suggest against it because you don't want the condom to slide off during sex.

Once you roll it all the way down, stretch the bottom of it around the base of your shaft so some of the skin retract a bit. This will keep it from sliding up with your foreskin.
