Not sure about the lazy boy situation. Surely the easiest answer is to just tell her "Come and sit next to me." "Why?" "Because I come and sit with you, things will move quicker than what I'm comfortable with"
You need to quickly make it clear your intentions and if she does not reciprocate your mood, tell her you think it's best she left because you both are not on the same page as to what was going on here.

You asked "so we're going to your place" instead of commanded "let's go to your place." The latter would have evoked a different response I suspect.
Get her out of the chair? Again, switch your verbiage to a command style. Are you strong enough to pick her up and take her to the bedroom?
