Learn it? If I can fix my lazy I and learn to see 3d as normal people in my early 20s, you can the fuck learn some eye-hand-coordination

Hand eye coordination is not genetics. It is usually learned at a young age though, so you may not be able to develop it this late in life.

My suggestion is to get a hobby that requires a lot of it. Parkour or something.

Take a serious look at game and make moves on athletic girls.

Man, you need to take a serious look on theory. What is attractive on looks, what is attractive on behavior, and some attraction and seduction strategies. For serious, go read "the game". There's some comprehensive post on PUA here, with links. See and read them all. (If no one tags it by the night, I'll look for it and link it)

You don't have to change what you do. You don't have to change what you like. But you most certainly will need to change how you act and how you behave around the women you want to pick up.

When it comes to being a nerd, just bear in mind you shouldn't start or have complex conversations in dates.
