A few months ago, I first encountered the TRP subreddit thanks to accidentally stumbling upon an article at TheRationalMale while browsing the internet - I was searching for a few answers to questions I began having regarding people, women, relationships and whatnot. I don't consider myself a "full redpill convert" because there are a lot of concepts I've yet to apply to myself (especially lifting, I'm currently in rehab due to a tendinitis in my elbow and am currently limited by what I can do physically), but as the concepts themselves are concerned, I've been studying and absorbing them like there's no tomorrow and I saw my life rise from the mud towards a better place.

However, after getting past the anger phase (or at least I believe I have), I find myself in a position that I started even doubting my closest friends. I realized I was mostly being used and felt like I should always sabotage myself to be more liked (I did this unconsciously), and began losing my faith in humanity, beginning to question what was really worth pursuing in life. I understand we try to live to fulfill our desires in one way or another, but to what end? Once I start making positive strides with my health, both with my body and my mind (I have mild depression and generalized anxiety disorder, both of which I've been treating), what's next? Sure, I'll become better for me, but what do I do with myself then? Or only when I'm there will the purposes I seek in life begin to reveal themselves?

I've been feeling a little lost and no TRP knowledge I've read so far seems to cover this point I'm trying to make. What do you make of it?
