Dude I'm in high school too and you're taking the wrong approach to this. Fuck the guy trying to fight you even if he's in your friend group. And if he's really in your "friend" group, what the fuck are all of your friends doing? Watching him kick your ass? If I were you I'd leave these fake friends and work on myself. Learn to network and make the most out of high school instead of this petty bullshit. Live in the macro brother

This is what happens when you guys don't fucking even lift. You're built like a little bitch so he treats you like his bitch. He's allowed to hit you but you're not allowed to retaliate because you're supposed to be the bitch that takes it all.

This guy is NOT your friend, and neither are the other guys you hang with. It's hard to accept but it's the truth. Like 97% of people you don't have REAL friends, just close acquaintances. Don't act cool with him 1 on 1 or in groups.

You need to get your little bitch self in the gym right now and start lifting. Tell your parents that you've had enough and that you want to get stronger and bigger and u hate being so weak, tell them that you will start eating differently and you want them to support you. If you're old enough, get a fucking job to finance your food, supplement, and gym needs.

If the guy tests you again, even if you know you will lose, make sure you give it everything you got. Try to get a hard slap in right across his face real real hard. Punch or kick his nuts and smack him in the ears like you were trying to clap his head. Those are sensitive areas and will disorient him. You're young and in highschool, use this time to build yourself. You make sure you tell those guys that you don't need people like them in your life and too fuck off.

Face him next time he bullies you and tell him this is the last time he will touch you or you will be obliged to stop him. Tell him you know he trains boxing but you also have your means.

If he insists or escalates, retreat and tell him he made his choice, but do not tell him anything else. You already gave him his chance. kick his knee breaking his leg when he is unaware. He is being unfair by picking fight with weaker target. He must learn a lesson.

Practical advice:

make sure at least 1 person is filming
have something you can use as a blunt object to defend yourself, but have plausible deniability built in: ie a very thick cardboard tube with a few pictures rolled up inside is fine, something environmental is better.
don't back down. Stare him in the eyes the whole time. Don't say much. Try to show happiness and eagerness in your eyes. if he steps toward you, hold your ground. Don't. Break. Eye. Contact.
wait for him to throw the firs punch: after this point you're defending yourself and legally safe
use your weapon. Aim for his nose, jaw and eyes. Throw your shoulders into uour swings. Don't stop until he's given in: if you follow these steps, you will be legally safe as well as more likely to beat his ass.

Source: spent some time in a rough school as a nerdy little bitch. Grabbed a chair and fought back eventually, rolled in pussy and respect after that point.
