Bear in mind that this is the Court system in Australia that she will be dealing with.

And, from what I've seen, the evidence has been provided through the recent Depp/Heard case and is something from her Lawyer (unprotected by Attorney/Client privilege) which would give it much more weight.

The outcome could be a major linchpin in starting the (in my eyes, the inevitable) downfall of her personally, and professionally.
