I watched this episode the other day. I highly highly recommend it. (In fact the whole series is great) The outcome was the absolute definition of a pussy pass. Part of the judges justification for the term was that she had been abused in a precious relationship. Insane.

Honestly the UK law system has always been fucked up and misandry ridden, for instance according to our law system if a woman rapes a man its not even legally classed as rape.
