It's an inherent right, and the Constitution was written to define what powers government had. The Founders were worried that government might use the Constitution to expand powers over inherent rights so they codified what rights were protected from regulation.

yes. The constitution is a series of words that reminds the government not to limit certain things that were limited in Europe at the time ( and after).

It reminds them to not TAKE something away.

Look at it another way, maybe it will clear up what I am saying :

I am not talking about legally protected rights ... which is what the constitution does. I am talking about intrinsic things that humans do - which can only be taken away by stronger , more powerful people or organizations.

Thats why there is a constitution. To try to "prevent" rights being taken away. Except inherent things like free speech, thought, and so on aren't actually rights. They are elements of being human.

I honestly have no idea. My sex drive is getting better (slowly) and i am generally getting healthier but i'm not sure which part of my new routine is pushing that. Honestly my biggest change is less stress and a positive attitude (which was only possible after i recently moved).

What i can say is I was taking ZMA and noticeably getting morning erections again (not great quality but better than nothing). And after i ran out, i switched to separate zinc, magnesium and b12 supplements and i'm not getting any morning erections now. Remember that taking a wide multivitamin usually achieves nothing because the body can only absorb certain vitamins at once and the rest are simply wasted. So i take vitamin D and omega 3 in the morning, and the ZMA at night. You'd have to look into where calcium fit into that. Also check which versions of magnesium, zinc etc you are getting in the supplement. More info on that in the thread i linked.

My lack of sex drive is a combination of mental and lifestyle issues that i haven't had the opportunity to work on until i moved recently. Slowly working on them all. I am currently on keto and i know that lowers T and also on a calorie deficit.

Was a porn addict virgin until 25 (27 now), did nofap and had a restrained sex drive until day 90 when i met my oneitis. Then thing's didnt work out and remained a virgin, found TRP and did nofap for another 116 days (don't do that). Then jumped back on porn and got a sex drive again sort of. Went to see an escort 7 times throughout the next year (2016) and only got hard two of the times. Injured my back from lifting with bad form in April and i've recently realised that is also a huge factor as it prevents me performing a kegel without pain and that simply blocks erections. It's gotten a lot better recently after doing yoga and healing my back a bunch but i'm still working on it all.

I think the biggest factor to me getting a sex drive is having a successful (non paid) lay or two, where nothing goes wrong, i think it's mostly mental as i'm taking care of the physical as best i can.

I also had a blood/testosterone test last year and got the results last week (check my recent post history). My prolactin is high and this could be a serious factor to my lack of drive/erections but it's not high enough to be considered an issue my doctors think. They also wanted to put me on daily low dose cialis to help attain regular erections but my blood pressure is too low so other options are being considered (viagra doesn't work for me for the same reason).
