He was sentenced to 20 years based on her lies. Once her lies were exposed she was sentenced to 1 year.
At a minimum she should have been sentenced to the same amount of time that he was in prison based on her lies.

I'm not unironically for it, she tried to destroy a life and in many ways succeeded, the stigma will follow him forever because people will believe all women no matter what. He lost 4 years of his life to prison where god knows what was done to him. She deserves to die for that, hang her by the neck till her feet stop twitching.

I think they should get what the other person faced but they must serve the same time the other person served before it started. So if the accused got 20 and served 5 then the false accuser should get 25 with a mandory 5 served.

I hope that he sues her in civil court...4 years in prison and 4 years of lost wages and not being allowed to see your family and having your name ruined has go to be worth something... But who am I kidding... The courts won't do shit to make this right..

Yeah you would have to get a job which will be hard thanks to the person ruining your name and then save money for a while which might also make your case look suspicious since it might be a long time before you can get the money. By then they might say no because you don’t need it though
