Thats fucked up. When I divorced my ex (he was cheating), he never paid child support and I asked the court to not order it ( as I got no help from the state, had a good job...federal employee, I was able to do that), and asked for him to have liberal visitation. We had an open door policy, he got to see her whenever he wanted. It was done that way because it was best for our daughter to have unlimited access to both parents. Bitches who deny visitation to the children's father are, yes, hurting the dads, but they are ultimately hurting the children more. If they really love their kids, they do whats best for THEM, no matter how they feel about their ex, NOT use their babies as a weapon against the other parent!

child support at best should only be for an individual that didn't maintain an income within the marriage for an amount of time. No marriage, no child support. No stay at home action for the last years of the marriage, no child support.
