Last night during a friend gathering, my boyfriend had his Gatorade drugged by two of his female friends, who then proceeded to undress and sexually assault him. He doesn't remember much, he remembers passing out after drinking his Gatorade, and he remembers gaining consciousness once during it happening and one of the women saying that he should just lay back, pretend that it's me doing things to him, and that he should enjoy it before he passed out again. He's a black man, and the two women in question are white and Hispanic. He refuses to report this because he doesn't believe the court system will help him in any way. He did not drink anything alcoholic during the gathering, and the only drugs he took were put in his drink without his consent. What can he do about all of this in terms of legal action?

He's probably lying to you.
I would first search for hard evidence of what they put in his drink, not a lot of things can do what you're speaking of to a man... Allow him to get hard while simultaneously being unconscious.
A guys friends don't just leave a guy at a house with 2 girls unless they know sex is about to go down and are complicit in it, I would start there because this is the start of the lie.

You can get hard even in a coma. It is only physical stimulation needed.

You're part of the problem.

I'm super pro men and equality, but just stating facts... If you look at her other posts you'll see :
OP, if your man won't get this stuff done it's only because he doesn't want to falsely accuse someone of rape and go through that process because it could come back to bite him. He has every reason to do so if his story was true.
Go ahead and downvote me because it fits your narratives I can be the only one that lives in reality while she continues to get lied to and mentally abused in this long distance relationship where he is clearly cheating.

Now that was rude. Some of your downvotes probably came from people who are angry about that statement and nothing else. No one likes to be insulted.

This is like that argument which goes "why don't women come forward when they were raped to get tests done etc? Well they must not have actually been raped, or have something to hide, etc."
The point is, you can try to draw conclusions as much as you like. Fact is, you can't know what happened.
Doesn't mean anything
Not sure what kind of friends or female friends you have, but this is so untrue.
Erections aren't voluntary, they are responses to stimuli usually. an erection is not consent and one also doesnt need to be completely erect to be raped.
I mean, you could be right of course, but the fact that you're so adamant to jumping to this conclusion is sad, would you have done the same had the genders been flipped?

These are fair points and I upvoted you. We know women lie about rape, not all mind you, due to the fact that they are human. Stands to reason men could do the same.

Only part I disagree with it. Thanks for stating an unpopular opinion. I didn't think of those alternative lines of thinking. And I upvoted not for your position, but for offering critical thoughts in a civil manner.
