I think it's worth the read. It's far from perfect, the tone can be annoying (I attribute that to it being older), and there is plenty to skip over but I found it beneficial. It introduced me to things I had never thought of and wouldn't have come up with on my own.

EDIT: I disagree with the whole "do this and your man will near worship you" mindset. She can come off as embracing manipulative behavior.

I haven't read Fascinating Womanhood. I'll pick it up at the library next time I'm there. I read The Proper Care and Feeding of Husbands, and think it is fabulous. Not perfect, but a really good primer and a lot of hard truths.

A decent introduction, especially for someone who wants a Christian perspective is Love & Respect by Emmerson Eggerichs.

But The Surrendered Wife is the best of the bunch, me thinks.
