We all tend to focus on the evil men in the world and forget some of the truly evil women that have lived. I hope to correct that with this list. Here we have not just serial killers, but other utterly despicable women who have caused tragedy in many people’s lives. So, without further ado, here are the top 10 most evil women in history.

I agree with the serial killers, the queens are harder to judge because it gets political.

It would be like comparing King George and George Washington. Yes, a lot of people died on their orders but are they solely responsible for the wars they were in?

I mean, the Continental Congress and the British Parliament are the two organizations that escalated the conflict to a boiling point and then there is the separation between the commanders and the soldiers.

Should King George get the blame for his soldier's brutality even if he was removed from battle strategy? Should King George get the credit for having soldiers like Simcoe who opposed slavery and outlawed it in Canada after the war?

How much blame can we put on Queens like Bloody Mary who were in a fight for their lives against an opposing monarch?
