IMO a sperm donor shouldn't have any parental rights but also shouldn't have to pay CS.

Obviously the only recourse is to make it illegal to donate sperm without some type of legal protection to the donor.

I don't think there would be anything wrong with the donor have some form of parental rights, as long as he is also okay with having some form of responsibility.
