Some churches set up a weekly dad's group. Often a breakfast group.

A group that exists for dads dealing with separation is the actual acute need but would be a leap for most churches to undertake.

Do a Google search for what other churches provide.

We used to have a few things at a Church i grew up with.

First we had a men's club, we would get food and drive to retirement homes, and facilities, donate mostly time, but some money and workmanship.

another Church I had met, had a group of men who had mechanical knowledge, they used the churches tax exempt status, and status as a business, (not sure how it works but it works) to buy car parts at a discount. They used these parts to do low cost repairs to low income families/Peoples cars.

Another is to simply have a group, meet once a week, and have the fathers come in, hang out, chat, talk about things.

You could also combined all of this, into one group who chats, supports, and reaches out into the community with your skills you have, maybe even reaching down to the younger, future fathers, and help them along the way with advice, and guidance.

Not sure what country you are from, here our founding father, George Washington, believe the Church was central to any community, not just the christian one but he also gave to many other denominations, and faiths. He said that it is crucial for a community to have such a centralized Church for it to survive.

You are building something good here.

btw, Most churchs put women in front these days, this distracts people and most men who are stoic, principled and care about greater good leave the church silently. They will not even try to convey you why they are not there, will pay you some monies and will wanted to be left alone. Those stuck up in church behave like they are in govt. job, follows rules like drone police on a power trip without any humane sense taking the principles of Christ out of the church.

Where I live I remember reading a study that said parental alienation can cause men to 2wice as likely commit suicide. Talk to them. Help them. Give them hope. Make a community where people meet every second day.

Group settings / meetings are so empowering. Some friendships develop out of them and it can be a wonderful thing for Fathers to be involved in and bond together.
