My ex offered this to me when we broke up but she didnt want to move and couldnt believe since she was no longer my girlfriend i was going to charge her half rent

I declined pointing out 1 i couldnt enforce it and 2 she wasnt good enough in bed to think sex once a week was equal to half the rent
