I would simply write to them that the current situation is to important to waste their psa with sexist messages and ask the firing of their communication team for gross incompetence and endangering the life of many people as these sign will be taken less seriously in time of crisis.

Since it's about dating app lies, id also go with something like - "72inches you know just like her actual waist, despite her 'athletic' dating profile". It's a bit too wordy and clunky, but the official one it's based on was really awkward and trash as well, so you're stuck with the tools you are given.
