This seems to have been celebrated as a step in the right direction. I disagree, it was a step backwards, as men now not only have to worry about getting falsely accused, they also have to worry about unknowingly messing around with someone's wife. Women are once again let off the hook.

The wife is a piece of shit and unfortunately was probably able to divorce rape her husband even though she cheated on him.

But the guy that got sued is a piece of shit, too. When the husband showed up he should've put his pants on and ran out the door. Instead he sticks around and grabs the husband.
