I recall a time when I was younger that a girl started getting in my face and pushing me. so i gave a firm push away. I don't get in trouble for fighting, or pushing, but for "groping her. she told everyone that I had molested her even though I just pushed her away from me. I got suspended and ended up moving schools because everyone started treating me like shit from then on.

this seems to be a common thing now a days. women say something and it is treated as gospel. there doesn't need to be evidence the man is automatically demonized in the media and by everyone. even if he did nothing wrong. if the female so much as regrets her decisions later it becomes rape. this is not fair. no one ever looks at it like the man might be innocent, he is presumed guilty. it also devalues all legitimate cases of sexual misconduct. by saying that everything is sexual misconduct or rape then they are devaluing the actual cases that need to be handled.
