She was already on suspension for some other unrelated incident? Good on them for saying "enough" and immediately firing her. Did the abuse happen prior to suspension or during?

Student's age is not revealed so I thought minor, but the charges are just indecency with a student (I don't know if this covers minor-adult relationships specifically or just a "from position of power" charge) so maybe he's 18?
