Wow, imagine the "OMG THAT"S ABUSE YTA" responses it would get if it was a husband dictating that his wife should cut her mother out. Anyone that let's their GF/Spouse dictate who they can talk to and what about is a beaten dog.

I mean it does make sense to assume that she would blame or be sarcastic and such, if the mother were a Simpsons villain. Jesus christ the mum isnt gonna go " oh well I wonder why that happened " in a snide voice and if this girl get the right and feeling of freedom to have an emotional deep moment with her mam the husband should too no matter how much of a prick the mum is

AITA is full of feminists and their simps. I've seen plenty of posts that were similar to ones posted before, but with the genders reversed. The man is always the asshole and the woman isn't. There were a few a couple of weeks ago regarding housework

One was a woman complaining about how her husband works from home, but doesn't do much housework. I replied with "INFO" and asked if she helped him with car maintenance, yard work, snow removal, house maintenance, and handyman work. I was downvoted to oblivion. She replied that he spends two hours a month at most on that. I replied that she just doesn't notice how much time he spends on that and that if he mows both lawns every week, he's already reached two hours. Downvoted to oblivion again. She, of course, was not the asshole.

Then there was another post where a guy was asking if he was the asshole because since he works full time and his fiance goes to school but doesn't work, she did most of the housework. He of course, was the asshole.
