Titles must describe the content so that:

Men are required to do heavy lifting and other hard physical labour all the time. They don't care about your actual physical strength, you are a man so you have to do some manual labour even if you work at an office. I worked at a factory before and we had to move 100 lbs bags all the time. Women weren't required to do the same but they earned the same. How is that fair?

I don't know about other countries, but in Hungary it is illegal to pay less to an employee for the same job. A male and a female worker in the same position earns the same wage. Where is this so called wage gap? In feminist wet dreams?

My pov:

For the same work women get paid (almost) the same.

Overall women get paid much less.

Everybody who denies that is just trying to deceive and devide.
