I don't think the age matters too much, as long as your not having sex with tons of people. My personal rule has always been being in a relationship before having sex. If not in a relationship at the time I'd always hook up with one ex. We were actually able to be friends after the relationship ended and he would be my go.

At whatever age she is in a committed long term relationship with a man who she can seriously see herself with for the rest of her life. For my sister-in-law that was 15 (she's now 26 an has only been with her husband), for others it may not be until their 20's. But at the end of the day the exact age isn't so much as important as the criteria a woman has for her sexual partners.
