Yes it is sexist though, some of the most wanted kidnappers in Europe are women, for instance. The attitude that only men take children means that the women who can do it, can do so easier and without suspicion.

I remember seeing a story a while back, where a father was with his daughter while their mother went in the store to buy some groceries(being considerate and not taking a child into a busy store). Some random woman came up, took the child from the carrier and just began walking off, the father obviously got up, tried to stop her, she screamed and people came running to beat him up, random woman thanked them and began walking off, the father said he had pictures of the kid(and this was misinterpreted, earning a kick to the head). Once the mother came out and she thought the father was being mugged, once she figured out what was going on, she sprinted after the woman, snatched her baby back and the woman ran off.

Police arrived, nothing happened, attempted broad daylight kidnapping, perp gets off Scot free. As its been pointed out here and there, apparently organized crime has noticed that women aren't scrutinized as much and can get away with more, and have been using them more. Even Epstein, huge piece of shit that he was, had a lot of women working for him with his despicable empire.

People need to stop doing this shit, as its going to just hurt innocent people.

I thought it was more a jab at the sexist stereotype that only men can be pedophiles. To me, it was saying that you can’t pick him out and that one shouldn’t make assumptions.
