EXACTLY!!! When the outcome fits the agenda women say they want equality. They always bring up a wage gap that’s been debunked for a long minute. They definitely DO NOT want equality when it comes to men’s rights. Dear women of America. Pretty much all the women in the U S of A at this very moment have had a disproportionate amount of rights and resources compared to men. It leans in your favor. Can you not see what you have and get that men don’t? If the cops get called because we’re arguing, the man goes to jail. Family court, kids go to mom no matter her shitty situation. They just make the man pay more so he supports your ass AND the kid. There’s no battered men’s shelters. There’s no housing for men and his kids to go to that suffer from domestic violence. I couldn’t even imagine what recourses we don’t have if we’re raped. Then some of y’all get mad at men for opening the door for you? Talk about equal pay but you stay home and don’t work anyway. Let’s talk about jail sentences too. The woman teacher rapes a young boy. Oh probation and 2 days in jail. A man has sex with a 16 year old girls and he’s completely fucked, as he should be. I think on principal you are right. As long as a man has no say in a pregnancy, then he has no liability in the results of that pregnancy.

I think the difficult issue here is, finding a path forward that allows a say from both parties fairly. Lieing in these situations is obsurdly powerful Primarily due to burden of proof and the insane difficulty in proving things around sexual relationships. Keeping things strictly legal and evidence based will only suck any and all joy out of sex with signed documents, and intentional evidence.

I believe, but I’m not sure, here in the Netherlands, the father first had to acknowledge the child as his own, before any claims can be made against the father. And this is a legal document the father himself has the fill in.

This means that all children born out of marriage, the dad has to fill in this form.

This is what I know from the top of my head at this moment (3 am) and have do some further research to be sure.

Woman and disagree because pretty simple: You've chosen to fuck that woman.

Whether you've fucked her because of pleasure or to have a child in reality doesn't matter. Main purpose of sex is reproduction but humans use it more as pleasure.

The moment you stick your dick in a woman is when you should be ready for the consequences. And one of those consequences is a child. Whether you've used a condom or any other protection is history. You've done an act that results in pregnancy therefore you deal with it like an adult.

Easily avoided by not sticking it in a woman you don't share interests or lifestyle with. This is applicable to any possible mistake you can make.

I understand there is a double standard when it comes to abortion and I agree that men lack the rights to have that child.

You need to take into consideration that all you've done for pregnancy is stick a dick. Meanwhile a woman, no matter what option she chooses, will end up in pain.

Abortion is a lot of pain and misery with a bit or regret as a cherry on top. The woman is in pain and bleeds for a whole month after that. It messes with a woman mental and physical health. Birth is a 20h long process of worst pain imaginable.

When you compare that to you just cumming inside of her which is quite a pleasant feeling for you, you will realize the absurdity of your claim and it's in your best interest to honestly not compare it.

When you try to weight having a child, not only did the woman go through a lot of pain but she ALSO finances that child. Meanwhile, you still just stuck and dick in her and still finance that child equally as her.

So no matter what argument you try to make here, a woman is the one who truly gets fucked by unwanted pregnancy. No pun intended.

HOWEVER...

It's about mutual agreement therefore you should never sleep with a person that has opposite view on pregnancy. If you want a child you sleep with a woman that wants a child. If you don't want a child then you sleep with a woman who will gladly run to the doctor to get an abortion.

If the woman is indecisive or you've never even bothered to talk about it before engaging in sex, then it is on you as much as it is on her when that child is born.

If the woman has lied to you about protection, then that's a misfortune. But it is still your child. You participated in it's creation. You created a life against their will and you have no right to just ditch them when they need you the most. Only way you can be 99% sure you won't have a child is if you put it in your control aka you wear a condom. If you let the other person take control over it, you put yourself at risk there on your own.

Abandoning a child is far more disgusting than a woman deciding not to abort against your will. That is a hard pill men need to swallow. It is no longer about your or woman's right, but the right of that poor potential child you're currently whining you don't want.

No sane woman would pop out something size of a watermelon for 20h in worst pain just to shove it up your face. The law works in child's favour, not the woman.

If the woman can't give that child a financially stable life, they will go after the father and it makes perfect sense. You don't get to just stick a dick and leave. If you do you're a manchild and shouldn't have sex.

It takes two to make a child therefore neither should have the right to bail and leave the other one to suffer the consequences alone. It's a consequence two created. And the one who suffers the most in this is the child.

Therefore if you have any empathy you wouldn't ditch your own child and if you attempt to the law will chase you.

And if you don't wanna deal with any of this, again - DON'T fuck.

Agree 100%. The current system in the US and canada is disgusting and gives men absolutely no rights at all.

Women have the right 100% to give birth, abort or even give the kid up for adoption if she wants. Men have zero rights. You can't forego parentage in anyway and are liable to pay if she decides that.

Women can even lie about birth control and force you to be a father, perfectly legal.
