Sorry, I'm going to have to call bullshit on this. When I served in the ARMY in the 80s, there were men with "shaving profiles" that had beards. These were usually men who had skin conditions that would be exacerbated by shaving.

I mean, a shaved face must be a obligation for a soldier since it makes you more comfortable and easier to fight but this is just an opinion.
