Nope and I can understand being frustrated about it, you have to be very careful when you join a 'rights group' as these days feminists and hard left types are co-opting them. If you do search, you look for feminist buzzwords and rhetoric and it quickly becomes obvious as I'm sure you're discovering that so many places and communities have been taken over by feminists that it's ridiculous.

Probably doesn't exist in English because there's no real need for it when they look at the actual law or data on cultural and court bias. A genuine western women's rights advocate would rarely have any true enemies beyond individual instances of nepotism and cronyism. Maybe the odd abortion issue.

Gender equality has already been attained in English-speaking countries. All you can do for women in 2019 is take things from men by means of force and give them to women - which is rather sexist. So no, there are none, and there can be none.
