Holy shit, you guys are helping me forget about a girl who was/is doing shit like this. Still not completely over it unfortunately. We didn’t talk for a day and she sends me a whole long text the next day about how it can’t work out and that I can’t fulfill her emotionally because I didn’t text her first that day. These people really do have issues.

As hard as it seems, try and just chug through. Ignore the cries for attention, just carry on as if she doesn't exist and when you're over her, you will look back and smile, you will realise it wasn't worth the anguish and you will be a better person for it brother.

Thank you man, you’re right. I am developing myself as much as I can, but I’ll try even harder because I really am already much better and know I deserve better than her. Everyone I know has told me the same. It’s just finding that new person but I know that will come with the process of improving myself and my life.

Same here. But, men certainly have their own issues too, and I’ve met a lot of dudes online that are complete and total pricks. Got ghosted because I simply mentioned that helium balloons have always been my main interest because they make me happy and that I’m on the autism spectrum. Wow, sue me.
