I have a staff induction day at my new job soon and from past experience I'm going armed with a notebook compiled with their own workforce statistics. The last university I worked for used induction day to preach about how the lack of women in senior management positions and over representation in areas like janitorial staff.. blah blah. All the while their 50-plus strong HR department had one man. They will embarrass themselves if they try this shit with me in their forced audience

Men will not get justice through the legal system. Ask someone who has tried. I have.

It's just PR guys - just get men to realise what's being done to us - it won't change a thing, but the subjective experience of injustice is less bad when you realise you're a member of a group in the crosshairs of a tyrranical regime. If a man doesn't mentally grasp this - and I believe most do not - then the pain is greatly exacerbated.

Totally right! I see it exactly that way. The reaction I have observed so far is: ban, block and exclude. A second account might be useful because you will probably get a shadow-ban.

No, not quite true! Men have not declared this war. Also large parts of the feminists don't want a war, but partly participate by letting go.

What does this mean? If men are aggressive, this is much more likely to be seen as hostile and condemnable because of the enormous bias against them.

Today's feminism is a thoroughly corrupted ideology which can only survive by 1) demonizing all men and boys, and 2) convincing its followers that they are the universe's eternal victims.

That is why I see no point in declaring war. I would rather point out the warlike actions of the opponents and drag them to court. They often react by saying: Look! how aggressive, powerful and dangerous these men are!

I know such a thing is a plain lie, but even many judges have this bias towards men. Feminists have built up huge apparatuses to support women, a whole branch of science, many organisations, legal networks and and and...

To let individual men fight against it?

I think there should be at least two things before that:

a consultative and supportive network, this happens here on r/mensrights but could become more professional.
a knowledge-base. Where studies, statistics, quotes and the like can be found quickly. In order to fight against a superior power, appropriate tools are needed.

Only way to get women to understand that men are important is if a major war happens. Then they will do two things. Get out and fight against an enemy and get smoked and then realize they need men. Or back off the instant it happens and wait for it to simmer before they start it right back up. Sure, millions of lives will be impacted negatively. But hey feminism was halted For a little bit.

You are up against a bias that is biological. Whining doesn't work for men. When men are victimized they're ignored or made fun of. Men get taken seriously when they have power. They are going to keep kicking us until we get power back by taking it.

This means your strategy is still valid but it's not going to play out like it did for women. It will be tougher and will require a slightly different strategy.

When radical feminists act like pigs, the solution is not for men to act like pigs. Be better and don’t actively look for things to report. Title IX is a tool we should use when needed but what you’re perpetrating isn’t great.
