Wait till the boomers retire. It's only this oldest generation in the workforce that is keeping men's numbers up - that's why we are shown figures across the board - not by age demographic. Once they're gone women will dominate totally, from cradle to grave.

It's a massive responsibility for women, one that I don't think they're fully aware of. Take the medical profession for instance - women tend to retire earlier, work fewer hours etc... and the slack is picked up by male workaholic types or Doctors imported/filched from the 3rd world.

When there are so few men in the profession, in say 20 years, this will simply not be an option. Either our female doctors will have to work, or our health systems will collapse.

It's not 'women' that are taking over everything, it's women with a very specific ideology and goal of pushing their identity politics and social justice bullshit onto everybody. Note how badly they any kind of remotely Conservative women and you'll see what I'm talking about or really any woman who dares to disagree with feminists.

They want you to think it's 'women' who are taking over, this is the game they play. In reality it is a bunch of rich white brats who would never qualify for these sorts of positions that are taking over these companies using blackmail and extortion against upper management to get in.

This is how it works, just like when we get brigaders in this sub you have people who come here with an agenda claiming there's a 'problem' the organisation or company has where there's not enough women. They claim there's some sort of bullshit going on where people are negative towards women or there's discrimination going on and then they can 'fix' the problem if they're put in charge or you have to do what they say and censor things they don't like.

So yeah, that's how they do it what's amazing though is how often this actually works, a sensible person would simply ask "Okay, if there's such a problem with sexism here, can you point it out?" which is where I've personally had lots of false accusations thrown at me because they know they're full of shit and having to actually provide examples would make them look ridiculous. Other people though, they're scared of this, to the point they're willing to throw fellow employees and friends under the bus in a desperate attempt to appease these fucking criminals not realising that all they're doing is delaying the inevitable.

They work their way into these companies threatening upper management and as upper management capitulates they infiltrate with even more people using their new found power to replace or get rid of anyone who doesn't go along with their bullshit and then when they finally have enough numbers they go after management itself anyway.

These people are hostile infiltrators and criminals and should be treated as such, they do not care about men in the slightest, in fact, because of their ideology they think they're fighting the patriarchy by getting rid of male employees especially in higher positions and taking over the company.

If you think any of these feminists who infiltrate HR or any other department are on your side and care about you then you are a fool. People who think any of this is just women taking over don't understand what feminism actually is and are ironically buying into feminist identity politics by making it about men vs women.

Women won’t take over because they don’t want to do the physical work of building and maintaining anything.

They want all the power of men yet non of the responsibilities. Because when things get tough they look around for men to step up and do the work. That’ll only get you so far.

What's the issue with women being dominant in traditionally male fields? Obviously, every job should be merit-based and people should do what they want, but still.
