I looked for a publicly stated policy on transgender and did not find one, but the theme is 'inclusion'.

An enterprising young activist should be able to organize enough male athletes who can identify as women for the games so that every single medal in the womens games will be won by a transwoman.

If i was a woman i'd be fucking insulted that assholes are equating women's sports to Para-Sport, as of women belong to a "Special" category of people.
