How quickly media focus its attention when it's a woman asking for prenup. I'm sure court worships prenup if it is protecting woman's asset. If it was other way around, he would be ridiculed.

For men, prenups hardly protects man's asset from court because first it only protects pre-marriage asset and second court throws it away all the time. Most of the men acquire more assets and career hike at the age when they are already married. The best way is to not marry specially men in IT, military and petroleum engineering.
