"Meninism" was created as a satirical lampoon of Feminism. It can generally be thought of as Feminism with the ol' gender switcheroo applied.
"Masculism" is not something I can recall ever encountering as its own thing. It only seems to come up in contexts like this. It doesn't appear to be a commonly-used term.
If I had to pick "the equivalent of feminism for men" I'd probably say traditionalism, since both share an unchallenged foundation in gender malagency (i.e., male hyperagency and female hypoagency) and thus tend to ideologically reinforce each other.
This subreddit is not "the equivalent of feminism for men" or "feminism for men". This sub leans towards egalitarianism.
