Sooooo what I got was he was never proven guilty, but from that final one innocent until proven guilty doesn’t apply here for..... some unexplainable reason.

There was zero evidence against him. The accuser was in affair with him from 1 year. She never filed the police report, neither he was prosecuted. She was never forced to go with him in the hotel and the subject of their meeting in a hotel room was not business related. How fake this accusation looks yet in public eyes he is a criminal.

I wish he could keep his employment in Google, his contribution on Android is remarkable and today it would have been much more.
