It's females like this that make it that much harder for real victims to speak up doing this with no regard for the ramifications a few careless words strung together and you can ruin a man's entire future even if they turn out to be innocent of all charges that accusation will still follow them they'll still be a cloud of doubt over their character and that's enough to ruin anybody these women need to face harsher and longer sentences because ruining someone's life like it's a game is just fucking disgusting

Why would the judge think that this is enough punishment for her? She had 2 consensual sex each with different men, in one night at a party.

And she claimed she was raped because she was scared to lose a potential boyfriend? WTF? She claimed that claiming she got raped was the first thing that came to her mind to not lose that potential boyfriend. How fucking twisted does she need to be?

I would freaking disown her if I was her dad. Damn.

The punishment for fake rape claims should be a lot higher. In the 10 year mark higher.

Women need to realize that this isn't just some joke you pull on someone. It will destroy their lives, and will make rape claims even more rejected for women who actually were raped, but the reputation of those fake claims will affect that.

Fake rape claims need to be punished as if they single handed tried to destroy several lives. Which counts as multiple murder attempts.

Go rot in jail for 15 years or so you dumb bitch.

My opinion on what the judges should offer in these cases is they (the liars) have 3 options.

10 years in jail (if the guy she accused had spend any length of time in jail, that time gets added).
1 year in jail if she writes a lengthy apology letter to the victim and it must appear on atleast 1 major mainstream news site. She must also record and publishes a video with her telling why what she did was wrong. Must be done within 2 weeks of sentencing.
If the victim accepts the apology then she doesn't go to jail. But still has to do everything else in point 2 above.
