Interestingly it was about the time of the domestic violence amendments that the Family Court of Australia stopped providing statistical and demographic data on Court outcomes. The reason given at the time was that the data were being used by MRAs and angry fathers to leverage support for fathers in the community.

All Family Court data is now carefully "adjusted" to reflect the feminist ideological narrative of "everyone is happy with the Family Court of Australia."

Feminist lawyers love to use the old chestnut that "most child custody matters are settled in the mothers favour with the consent of the fathers". The bit they leave out is that these fathers are advised by their lawyers that if they challenge the mother for custody in the Family Court of Australia, it will cost them a minimum of $70,000-100,000, and they will not only lose, but risk never seeing their children again. Men challenging mothers for custody in the FCA is viewed as an act of violence against the mother and the children.

This is how it was when I worked as a lawyer in the Family Court, and its only gotten worse since then.

My Ex tried this stunt! Checkout the ‘SILVER BULLET TECHNIQUE ‘ this is a lawyer tactic to get the Woman the advantage. They don’t want fathers having 50/50 because the State have to get the Federal funding based on the custody given to your ex! Your lawyer and her lawyer are on team STATE TREASURY FUND.

Happened to me. Ex-wife poisoned me for insurance fraud and claimed DV to not lose the kids and not to end in jail.
