Christian school hid evidence from accused professor, he says

Baylor University created a campus-wide “culture of anti-male bias and intimidation” in response to criticism about its handling of sexual-assault reports, according to a federal lawsuit filed last week.

“John Doe,” a former assistant professor of economics, not only claims that the Christian university ignored evidence that contradicted his student accuser, a former lover. He says female professors are tacitly allowed to date students in violation of school policies, to the point where some have married their male students.

The “biased and flawed” Title IX investigation, in which Baylor refused to give him a “language accommodation,” stemmed from pressure the school faced between 2015 and 2016 to clamp down on alleged sexual assault by student athletes.

So religious schools are the same as any other school. I, for one, am shocked.

Baylor's "religious", but it's not that religious. I highly doubt you'd see something like this at Liberty University, for instance.

Sounds like a lawsuit.

It's so ironic because I've seen so many signs about "toxic masculinity" presentations, conferences, and workshops advertised all over campus, as well, and then crap like this happens. Baylor is very rapidly becoming anti-male as a counter-measure to the accusations of sexual assault that have happened on campus.

One of the other students in one of the programs at Baylor that I know was accused by a student of some charges like unwanted advances. He was a sort of awkward guy and I suspect what he did was just something she misunderstood. He got sent to the Title IX offices and he's been removed from the program. In the past couple of years, Baylor is very rapidly becoming anti-male at an alarmingly high rate.
