That's just outrageous and highlights the inequality of treatment by the law enforcement and the justice system towards men. A man would definitely go to jail and shamed and fined for the rest of his life. A woman doing that? We laugh. I say we because my first reaction was to laugh but after few moments of thoughts,i really don't think it's funny. It's just sad.

I’m surprised she’ll have to pay HIM. But you’re right, OP, he would be jailed, or at the least socially crushed.
