This is probably no.different from child services in Canada and the US taking kids away from their family and putting them in homes with known molesters, and putting known(and sometimes convicted) offenders as grouphomes and childrens clubs. Not unlike the convicted molesters getting busted at these drag reading events.

The guards and cell mates of people who framed people for crimes they didn't commit should be told the new prisoners aren't guilty of framing someone else. They should be told they are guilty of the crime they've framed someone else. So, did you frame someone on child sexual abuse? Your fellow inmates will be told you're guilty of raping children, even if you are not.
