I’d like to add some clarity to this post. I labeled it under “False Accusation” but in reality there is not enough evidence to support either party’s claims so the case should’ve just been thrown out from the beginning.

Why this post does belong on r/MensRights however is due to the biased preconceived notions the judge used to make her decision (off stereotypes):

She presumed the innocence of the woman because she was a woman (inherent victimhood, easily submissive to coercion, defenceless)
She presumed the guilt of the man because he was a man (male aggressiveness, dominant, predatory, manipulative, self-serving)

The judge easily rejected the male’s claims stating that the woman’s actions in his version of events were “completely implausible and nonsensical” based on her definition of “basic human behaviour”.
