She ignores the fact that not everyone who makes an accusation is a "rape victim" in the first place. Maybe all rape victims should be believed, but not all accusations are made by rape victims

The whole reason for proof is to prove that the accuser is in fact a victim. These kinds of women don't give a shit about all the men who are falsely accused, who have their reputations ruined, who lose their jobs, and sometimes who are even lynched or murdered

Meanwhile boys and men who actually are raped by women--women who admit to the crimes--rarely get justice. Even when those cases make it court, they'll usually have to watch her go free, or get some insulting short sentence

It's like innocent men are more often and more harshly punished than genuine women rapists

I agree, you shouldn't need proof to believe a rape victim.

If you tell me you were raped, I'll believe you and help you any way I can.

You do, however, need proof if you are accusing a specific person of rape.
