It sucks but this is the reason, in a majority of areas the law reads some version of this statement. "A person needs to penetrate against someone's will to be charged for rape." So in this case, despite her obviously being a rapist, if a news outlet calls her a rapist they can be sued for libel because they haven't been charged for rape.

No conspiracy. Just outdated sexist laws.

Yeah its not a relationship, for a ten year old, thats rape, no need tosugar coat it, but then again heres one of the top comments:

They come in all shapes and sizes. Very sick woman. I hope her own children were spared. It's bad enough when the perpetrator is a man but the thought of a woman, a mother, raping a ten year old child is beyond comprehension.

The attitude that women and especially mothers can be bad people and do bad things is not even being considered day to day.

I agree with your title.

However, this woman has not been charged. I have problems with men being publicly outed before they're even charged, and I have problems with it here as well. She's not a rapist/pedo until the courts decide she is.
