I really want to confront these fuckers with female teachers doing the exact same thing and see how they react to it. I bet they'll just roll their eyes and go "That's different". Perhaps it's because of what is going on with Sargon of Akkad right now and I'm pretty pissed off about the way people are lying about that but I am completely fed up of people constantly having to virtue signal about how angry they are about something.

If you have to try really hard to convince me that you're 'outraged' you're not outraged, I'm convinced much of the supposed anger in the media on various issues are just fucking fake like everything else.

I do believe this person should have gotten jail time. Though, as I was commuting a few days ago, the radio was on. I can't remember what station (one of those conservative ones), but I heard them going on about this case the entire 30 minutes. After each commercial break, they kept coming back to it, talking about how crazy it was, how this being his first offense shouldn't have mattered

Naturally, they compared it with Brock Turner's case. It's very telling that out of the hundreds of cases in the past decade or so of people getting away with rape, the only ones that they mentioned were the few that were men. Never heard a word from them about it whenever a new case of a woman getting probation or a suspended sentence was in the news

Considering how common it is for women to get away with things like this, and how comparably unconcerned people are when such things happen, all this outrage just looks hypocritical. I can't even properly empathize with it. It's the same as when people say "how can this barbaric thing happen?" when a rare case of FGM comes up in the US, in spite of MGM going on all around them like it's nothing

However sex with an underage person is by definition rape, as they are unable to give consent. One might as well say someone had underage sex with a three year old, so long as there was no evidence of distress.

Nope. If we are pushing for an adult woman to be perceived as raping a fourteen year old boy, this guy also raped a fourteen year old girl. It doesn't matter if a child/minor inititates a sexual encounter or enjoys it.

They cannot legally consent, so it is rape.
