So the reason I claim he's clearly innocent is :

  1. He is not a retard to do this after he is the head of Supreme Court of a country with Billions of people that too on the premises of residential office which has cameras and any deleted footage is notified to the police.
  2. The woman says that after harassing her, he fired her. Turns out she was fired because of 2 complaints that were filed against her.
  3. She has a criminal background with 2 cases pending against her and she has already spent 4 days in the jail.
  4. Though the outcome is not out yet, this clearly doomed the career of a innocent man and is very unlikely of holding a post this high ever in the future.
  5. Edit:- Turns out that there are important verdicts to be given next week and the woman is trying to delay this decisions.
  6. Edit 2:- Just think, why the hell would she file a case months after the alleged incident that too just days before the Prime Ministerial elections where the CJI is needed the most.
