Guys who fall into the sexless demographic: What change in society would help you?

I'm not in the sexless category but I certainly remember the extended dry spell of my virgunity, so I have some thoughts on this. I think we need more sex positivity, as backwards as it sounds.

Generally Americans view sex through this puritanical perspective and given how we have the most stds in the western world, I think it shows we have issues with it in practice. We need it, but we need it in a certain way and if it isn't that way its a source of shame. This becomes restrictive and a double edged sword because people feel they have to be having sex and they have to be in love to have sex and if they aren't, they're bad or a loser or so forth. And this ideologically still stigmatizes things like masturbation, prostitution, and birth control as well.

Sex is a game that requires patience sometimes and we are pretty quick to judge sex, or lack thereof when it doesn't fit into our idealized reality. We need to just better recognize its ok to be in a dry spell and its ok to just masturbate, and if it really needs to get out of your system, its ok to pay for it. Someone who needs sex that bad isn't pathetic or a loser, but just a human being with a need.

If asking for consent for anything from kiss to full blown sex wasn't a turn off for women. Got to make the first move and hope for the best or it'll be rape.

I'm not so sure that your phrasing is right as there are probably people in the demographic who don't see it as a problem. I would also posit the idea of maybe the increase in brain intensive jobs has caused a lack in social and sexually relationships.

They do not care , most are not looking for sex at all. They do not want to hook up with women.

It's a good question, but some answers could be contraversal such as porn being too easy to access. Other factors such as work loads and levels of stress aren't easily tackled either....
