Technically not legal - it's gust considered sexual assault. As in its the same catagory as grabbing someone's backside.

This is not accurate. There was a law introduced in 1996 called causing sexual activity without consent that female rapists can be charged with and has equivelant sentencing guidelines to rape which correlates to the equivelant forced sexual acts under the rape legislation.

The problem is that women that rape men are never charged under this law and are instead charged with sexual assault typically recieving a one year sentence.

Yup..... Why do you think there is such a focus from feminists on it. It is a gender specific crime. I studied law back in the early noughties just as this was coming in and was shocked to find out but, theoretically, a group of women could put a weapon to your head, force you to perform several times and they would never bear the title 'rapist'. Best of it is that any children that occurred as a result and your rapist decided they wanted to keep, you'd still have to pay child support for and would likely lead to reduction in sentence for your rapist (with her being either pregnant or a mother). The rape and sexual assault laws are truly fucked up in this country.

All are illegal. But rape can only be done by men.

Girl on Guy/Girl is not rape its sexual assault or assault by penetration or something else.
