Haven't spent time in jail, but I was falsely accused and had to spend a few thousand dollars on a lawyer. I don't hate women but I do hate when people tell me that innocent men deserve to be punished for the patriarchy.

I have heard that being falsely accused has a similar effect on victims to rape. God only knows how the victim would feel after being targeted and possibly raped in jail. I would imagine like rape victims most do not hate the entire gender that matches with the perpetrator.

this is a sensitive topic and if you got a really bad trauma about it, it just ignore my question.

People who are triggered will probably passionately and angrily respond until they've learned to get over their issues. By "get over" I mean learn to remain calm. It's likely you're never fully over it. Kind of like your first breakup or your first dog being put down. You'll never forget it but there will come a time where you won't let emotion dominate you. So if this gives them bad trauma -- you're probably going to hear from it.

This is most places. Primarily places with rape laws funny enough. Third world countries were men can get away with anything don't have this problem because they don't have the "or else I'll lie and tell everyone X" and, for the most part, everyone would believe X. Weird, isn't it? Kind of ass backwards.

Upsetting, for sure, but if it royally pisses you off then you need therapy. Like legit therapy for your own health and sanity. If you don't maintain control over that anger -- you will become a hateful toxic person and find yourself in echo chambers that are equally hateful and toxic. I still struggle with this.

See, for a long time I was bitter and angry. I needed people to understand the other side of the coin but what I failed to grasp is... most people don't care about the coin at all. Sure they mostly side with the other half but for the most part.. they don't even think about it.

Think of it like the oceans. How often do you have save the whales? And how often do you hear "nobody cares?" -- because people don't think about it. It's not that we hate the ocean, it's that we simply don't think about it.

This is how I learned to diffuse most of my bitterness and anger. My sibling, on the other hand, holds on to their anger and it's making them quite an angry toxic person to the point that it is a part of their personality. They are the "feisty" one and it's draining them. They don't know it yet but that's their root cause for their constant alcoholism -- their failure to address / get over their issues.

You're allowed to experience your emotions. You're allowed to feel them. However be careful not to use that as a crutch for too long. At some point you either need to address them or get over them..... or risk it making you a toxic person.

It'd also be wise to realize that feminists / men haters tend to have gone through a similar experience and thus their extreme hatred. Unfortunately for them the echo chambers are easy to find and get stuck into -- which is why so many seem so openly angry and bitter the way the are. They refuse to rise above or get legit help they need.

But make no mistake... it will always be a part of you that sits there waiting for opportunities to scream.

Note: I'm not downplaying therapy. People legit need it. If you can't get over it yourself then get help. If you can't run, crawl, if you can't crawl then ask someone to help you. Don't let it eat you alive.
