I'm 14 and in school I've many times been punished in school for being offensive or using 'offensive language' (Called a girl a girl, called my teacher a dumb feminist a fat girl fat etc) the other week i called a Semitic person a Jew, this offended him as he isn't Jewish so i got punished for 'being racist' so i got a couple days detention, not to bothered but i was also told if I'm offensive again I'm going to be isolated from the rest of the students.

I don't believe I've done anything wrong and I'm not going to change how i behave to make people feel comfortable so is there anything i can do to stop what i believe is unfair punishment or do i just have to accept that life is and never will be unfair? Also is there a proper definition of what is protected by freedom of speech(UK)?

Sorry for whining but I don't know where else to ask
