So the father thinks the GF should be denied abortion and be forced to carry out the pregnancy?

Its not a fetus,(its called an embryo at 6th week), trying to make it sound like it isn't a blob of cells is silly.

I'm wondering when the father sues the clinic will a jury of 12 people from beloved Alabama be voting on it? or just a judge?
